*Please attach the scanned copy of your student card to the completed registration form email.

-   Registration information

Registration Fees, listed in US$ include:

• Attendance at all conference sessions,
• Attendance at all poster sessions,
• Conference package and proceedings,
• Lunch and refreshment at conference days

-   Registration Terms and Procedures

Filling the registration form: A registration file can be downloaded in word format from https://trgr.ut.ac.ir/cnf/about?goals and from the end of this page. Please send the completed form to the conference email: trgr.conf@ut.ac.ir.

Payment: Since the online payment or bank transfer may not be working*, payment for Non-Iranian participants will be accepted on desk. Iranian participants payment is accepted by online credit card only.   

*Regarding this point, please have your cash to pay for registration fee and map-out the other costs in Iran.        

 Confirmation: Once you have completed your registration, a confirmation letter will be send to your email in a couple of days.

* Registration for Iranian participants is applicable through the bank account. Iranian participants will receive a confirmation letter after the full payment.  

-    Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference and for visa

A letter of invitation is issued only for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. If you require a letter of invitation, please send us the registration form. Invitations can only be sent by email.

-    Post-conference events

-   Gala Dinner

An optional conference dinner will take place on 14th November 2018, at the S.P.O Royal Restaurant in Tehran.

The cost to attend the Gala Dinner is 40$ for non-Iranian and 100.000 T for Iranian participants. There will be buses to pick up you from conference location to the restaurant. The departure will be around 6:30 p.m.  

-   Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration up to 30 Sept. by writing an email to trgr@ut.ac.ir.
